Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states

  • Washington, D.C.

  • U.S. territories (where carrier service is available)

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise specified.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
